How Was This Never an Etnies Ad?

I just came across this shot from an Etnies shoot a few years back with
Jamie Bestwick from 2004. We had gotten to the mess around stage for the
day. On the left is Jay "Sponge" Allen who crept into the shot of Jamie
wearing my fake Rolex.

I have no idea how this was NOT a double truck add, but it happens. It's
immortalized here now.
